What’s new in Praxis 2.0?

So many things have been fixed and upgraded since the last update. Starting with the countless bug fixes to the story logic I’ve spent hours trying to clean up. I’m sure there may still be bugs so please let me know in the discord channel if you’ve stumbled upon literally ANY bugs so I can squish them. Due to how complicated the 2000+ story events are, there will be bugs that sneak between the cracks (and no, I cannot believe I’ve written that much).

Saving and loading have now been added to the game at last! This has been the biggest feature, and hopefully, it is worth it. Just a future FYI, as things update, saves will not be salvageable between updates. You will have to start a whole new game at every update due to all the new content I have lined up. 

Moving the camera around the map has been a struggle for some. Now you can right-click and drag the mouse button on the floor to move the camera with a lot more speed and control. 

Now you can customize your character a lot more. Every clan has 4 unique portraits you may choose from, and although you’ve always had the ability to rename your character, it’s a lot more obvious. 

There is now a Coterie member limit based on your Rank. Every Rank up will allow you to have a new Coterie member slot, making every game more unique each time you play. On the right-hand side of your screen, you can see all your Coterie members and even be able to check on their stats.

A brand new Intro sequence has been added to streamline the systems and mechanics a character will have access to in the game world. 

A full UI overhaul and some post-processing effects have been added along with a thin fog that should add a little ambiance to Portland’s map. 

A dice roller effect that looks amazing! 

Some new music added to the music list.
